Sizing Information

How do I determine my size?

You can find specific sizing guides on each product page.

If you are not sure about your size, you can provide us with your height and weight through online chat and tell us the products you want to know about, and we will provide you with more accurate size suggestions.

Order Issues

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Can I change the address on my order once placed?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, we cannot cancel or make amendments to your order in most instances.

If you need to change your order, please contact our customer service (shop@darevie.com) before order fulfillment and we will try our best to change your order according to your request. No modifications to the order are allowed after the order has been fulfilled.

Can I make a change to my billing address before my package ships?

To lookup the status of your order, if you have an darevie.shop account, you can log in and view order status. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service.

Why is there no tracking information for my order?

We currently ship from China, the tracking status of your order will generally be updated after it is picked up by the carrier in the destination country.

How long will delivery take?

How much does postage cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during check out based on order value. If the order value is less than $39 US Dollars, it would charge $10.00 USD shipping cost for delivery cost.

If order over $39 US Dollars, it would be free shipping delivery worldwide. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

How will I know you’ve refunded me?
